When submitting a claim you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and e-mail address etc.) in order to receive or use our services.

When you instruct us, your name, billing address and e-mail address are needed to process and begin your claim and to enable us to contact you and send our welcome pack.

In order to process your claim we will require your contact address telephone number and bank details.

We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to unrelated third parties.

Your details will be passed to C.Turner Solicitors should proceedings be necessary and they will contact you separately if necessary.

The personal information you give to us is ONLY used by us and our affiliates, and is never shared with third parties.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met.

We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
