Our Bank Charge Recovery Track Record

Here at DJF Charges Consultants we have been recovering bank charges for our client base since conducting a survey of how the banks were responding to the OFT decision.

It came as no surprise to learn that the banks disagreed with the decision and maintained that their charges were both fair and reasonable.

Accordingly when asked to refund the bank charges the banks refuse and refer clients to the terms and conditions to which they have agreed. They may also refer clients to the Financial Ombudsman. However the only forum that can decide on the LEGALITY of charges is a Court.

DJF Charges Consultants have therefore entered into negotiations with the banks on our clients behalf and have been successful in recovering substantial charges from all the major banks.
