We are so confident that we will recover your bank charges that we will work for you on a no-win-no-fee - a charge will be made for Work in progress should instructions be withdrawn after the 14 day cooling off period at a rate of £100.00 per hour and £10.00 per letter or call made or recieved. Should instructions not be withdrawn either explicitly or by virtue of failing to provide instructions, no charge will be made unless the claim is succesfull and then only at the rate specifically agreed basis.

You may have to pay your bank the sum of £10.00 for copy bank statements but this is not a charge by us.

Should you issue County Court proceedings you may also need to pay courts fees. These shall be fully explained at the time and will be added to the claim against the bank. These are not charges from us.

This means that in the unlikely event that you are unsuccessful in your claim you will not pay a penny.
